Terms of Service
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Secure Vision Solutions provides technology infrastructure services in the United Arab Emirates. By requesting a quotation, accepting a proposal, or proceeding with any service, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.
2. Description of Services
We offer professional installation and integration of:
- CCTV surveillance systems
- Access control and biometric entry systems
- Structured cabling and network infrastructure
- Enterprise Wi-Fi and networking solutions
- ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems
- Smart infrastructure for residential and commercial properties
All work is performed based on the agreed project scope and technical documentation.
3. Site Surveys & Quotations
Complimentary site surveys are provided to assess feasibility. Quotations are estimates based on information available at the time and are valid for 30 days. They are non-binding and may change due to site conditions, material availability, or client-requested modifications.
4. Installation & Execution Terms
Work is scheduled during mutually agreed times. The Client is responsible for providing safe access, necessary permissions from building management, and coordination with other contractors. Delays caused by the Client, third parties, or unforeseen site conditions may affect timelines and costs.
5. Compliance with Local Regulations
We comply with applicable UAE regulations, including requirements from local municipalities and authorities. The Client is responsible for obtaining any permits required for work on their premises. We are not liable for work halted due to regulatory issues beyond our control.
6. Equipment, Warranties & Third-Party Products
Equipment may include third-party products. Warranties, if provided, are as per the manufacturer’s terms. Secure Vision Solutions does not manufacture hardware and makes no independent warranties on product performance, lifespan, or compatibility. Warranty support is facilitated in good faith but not guaranteed.
7. Maintenance & Support (AMC)
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are offered separately. Response times and service levels are indicative and may vary. Maintenance does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or natural events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Secure Vision Solutions is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
- System issues caused by external factors (e.g., internet outages)
- Damage to pre-existing infrastructure not caused by our team
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
9. Payments & Invoicing
Invoices are issued per agreed milestones. Payment is due within 14 days. Late payments may incur administrative fees and could result in work suspension. All prices exclude VAT, which will be applied as per UAE Federal Tax Authority rules.
10. Intellectual Property
System designs, diagrams, and technical documentation created by us remain our property. The Client receives a limited license to use them solely for operating the installed system. Reverse engineering or reuse is not permitted.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice for material breach. Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment for completed work and non-returnable materials. We reserve the right to remove our equipment if payment is not settled.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirate where Secure Vision Solutions is registered.
